What is Haiku?
Haiku is a Japanese art form that is more than 400 years old. Nature poetry, that seems to have fascinated Indian poets like Rabindranath Tagore at the beginning of the last century.
A little more about Kala Ramesh
Kala Ramesh is an award winning haiju poet from Pune. She has more than 800 peoms comprising haiku, tanka and haibun, published in reputed journals and anthologies, in Japan, Europe, United Kingdom, Australia, United States of America and India. She now teaches haiku and allied genres at Symbiosis School for Liberal Arts, Pune.
