Fee: Free entry. No registration. We can take upto 25 participants on a first come first serve basis.

What is Line Dancing?
A choreographed dance with simple sequential steps set to music, usually western country style music, for a mixed group of people. The steps are repeated in sequence as the individuals all face the same direction and perform the steps at the same time.

Who can join?
Open to all above 10 years!

What are the benefits?
While we can talk about the benefits of line dancing such as weight loss, stress management, strengthening of bones and muscles without hurting your joints, improvement of posture and balance and increase of stamina and flexibility among others. The main reason is to get together and have fun!

The other advantage of line dancing is that one does not have to wait to be asked to

dance if one does not have a partner. Just get up, join the group on the floor and have fun while getting in shape.
