This Wednesday, 15^th November ’17 at 6.30 pm, Sunaparanta will host the screening of the film ‘Duel’ at Sunaparanta amphitheatre.

Steven Spielberg's "Hitchcockian" debut film is an action-suspense masterpiece of economy and tension, full of his signature ideas and themes that would make him one of the greatest filmmakers of all time.

Mild-mannered businessman Dennis Weaver is stalked, threatened, haunted, and harassed by the mysterious and unseen driver of a greasy oil truck on a country road.  The entire film is one long chase sequence with Weaver trying to avoid death at the hands of a brutal, senseless, killing machine.

The film has gone on to inspire several films like Spielberg's own "Jaws", "No Country For Old Men" and the recent Argentinian classic "Wild Tales".
