About the documentary

A film about the life and work of J. Krishnamurti – an introduction and invitation to meet the great and radical philosopher J. Krishnamurti.  His life is explored from many sources including extracts taken from Krishnamurti Foundation archives.  His work is seen here through the eyes of two of his close friends, Radhika Herzberger and Samdhong Rinpoche.

Krishnamurti was one of the most extraordinary thinkers of the 20th century and this film will perhaps awaken the curiosity of a new contemporary audience.

Apart from his talks and public lectures, J. Krishnamurti founded schools in India, England and America.  These schools continue to this day, as can be seen in this film.
