2-day ‘Mosaic Grinding Stone’ Workshop with Afrah Shafiq | 6 to 7 March 2021, 10.30 am to 1.30 pm

Sunaparanta Goa Centre for the Arts presents a workshop in ‘Mosaic Grinding Stone’ with multimedia artist Afrah Shafiq.

In this 2-day workshop, you will learn the techniques of stained glass mosaic and explore the joy of making by hand. Through the workshop, participants will design their own mosaic piece on the faathon, a type of traditional grinding stone in Goa. All materials will be provided and the participants can take their finished work home. No prior skills required for the workshop.

This workshop is in collaboration with Goa Open Arts.
