Launched in January 2022, the Artist-In-Residence Laboratory (AIR-L) provides a dedicated space for artists and cultural operators to critically examine existing practices and foster interdisciplinary dialogue. It aims to nurture creativity, research, and experimentation by offering a research-based practice model and functioning as an incubator for new ideas. This immersive residential program welcomes creatives from various disciplines including visual artists (performance, sound art, printmaking), filmmakers, photographers, designers, writers, curators, and researchers. Join us in exploring concepts that integrate local social, cultural, and economic dynamics with contemporary art practices.
